Rainy day, north facing windows, without the turning on those indoor tungsten lights, the room is very dark. Shall I try to blend my strobe with the ambient? But, where is the ambient? Unless I’m shooting ISO 1000+, there is not way. How about turning on those indoor lights. Nah, These point lights are too harsh and I’m not so impressed with the color. So what can we do? There is at least one thing we can take advantage of. The space. This place is huge. Very large kitchen combined with dining room. There are lots of place for me to put my lights. Time to setup some big lights and mimic the window lights.

After took a few shots with different outfits, we decided to add some props. Let’s just add a glass of grape juice and pretend it’s wine.
