WHAT SESSIONS DO YOU OFFER?

We are happy to photograph Family, child, teen, senior, Motherhood or Maternity Sessions.

WHAT’S SESSION FEE?

Session fee covers the cost of photo shoot plus hair and makeup. Session fee does NOT cover any print. If you want to order print, you can either pay per print or order a package (least amount of cost with most prints)

WHAT ABOUT HAIR AND MAKE UP?

Hair and Make are included in your session. You will work with our make up artist to create a professional and beautiful look. This will add an additional hour to your photoshoot schedule time to accommodate for the additional service. You are more than welcome to email us your look preferences prior to the photo shoot. Session fee only covers the hair and makeup for one person. Makeup and hair the rest of the group will be extra

WHEN WILL I SEE MY IMAGES?

2 weeks after the photo shoot, we’ll schedule the photo viewing. You will be able to purchase your products at this time.

WILL MY PHOTOS BE RETOUCHED?

Yes. Our standard editing includes; removing stray hairs, limited body contouring, remove skin blemishes and softening of wrinkles. We want you to love your portraits. We strive to make all of our editing as natural as possible.

Additional or extreme retouching may require an additional fee.

WHEN WILL MY PRODUCTS BE READY?

We offer folio box which is can have from 6-20 printed photos depends on which package you order. These printed photos come with 11x14” mat they can available on the day of photo viewing. If you want to order Wall print, they will be available 6 to 8 weeks from the date client places their order, and completes their payment. You may schedule to pick up your products at the studios or you may have items shipped to your home, shipping fees apply.

DO YOU SELL DIGITAL FILES?

All the prints you ordered comes with digital files.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

We ask that you arrive within 15 minutes of your schedule time. We are unable to add additional time to your session if you are late because clients are schedule immediately after one another.

WHERE CAN I SEE YOUR PRICING?

Our products start at $275 per print. Our package starts from $1200 and our clients spend $1800 on each session on average.

CAN WE DO OUTDOOR LOCATIONS?

We are happy to schedule outdoor photoshoots on location. You must arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled photoshoot. If you chose another location you will be responsible for attaining any permits and paying for any entry fees that may be required at the location you chose.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELATION POLICY?

We understand that emergencies happen, if you need to reschedule your photo session, you may reschedule with Two weeks notice. Last Minute Cancellations forfeit the retainer. Your new photoshoot date must be scheduled within 90 days of the session. Last minute cancellations and no shows will result in client forfeiting their retainer. If client reschedules photoshoot more then two times, the client will be invoiced a $150 rescheduling fee.
